This is spice crushing system.
There are three equipment in this system, belt conveyor, hammer mill and sifting machine.
Belt conveyor:
Generally used to transport complete materials, such as pepper, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, etc., transported to the loading port of the crusher, automatic feeding can save labor.
Hammer mill:
The feeding exit is large, which is more suitable for large pieces of spices, such as longan, with sieve nets inside. Different fineness can replace different sieve nets and a dust removal system. There is no dust when it is crushed.
Sifting machine:
Generally, the powder sifter is used together at the outlet of the crusher machine. crushed powder is directly fed into the powder sifter for screening. coarse powder and fine powder can be effectively separated.
