Fan + Cyclone separator + Pulse dust collector form an efficient dust-containing gas purification system
The purification system consisting of a cyclone separator, a pulse dust collector and a fan can efficiently purify dusty gases through the 'graded filtration + power-driven' technology. How will this technology change the traditional mode of handling dusty gases? Let's find out!
Fan: The "power core" of the system
The fan generates negative pressure through rotation, drawing the dust-laden gas produced during the production process from the contaminated workshop or equipment into the pipeline, providing the power for the gas flow of the entire system.
At the same time, the fan pushes the treated clean gas out of the building or for recycling.
Cyclone separator: Coarse screening of large particles
The dusty gas enters the cyclone separator and rotates at high speed along the inner wall, generating a strong centrifugal force.
The larger dust particles are thrown towards the wall under the action of the centrifugal force and slide down along the wall surface to the bottom ash hopper, achieving the initial separation of large dust particles from the gas.
The purified gas from the top of the cyclone separator is discharged and enters the next stage of treatment.
Pulse dust collector: Achieving precise filtration
The gas processed by the cyclone separator enters the pulse dust collector and undergoes fine filtration through the internal filter cartridges.
Dust particles are blocked on the surface of the filter bags, and the clean gas passes through the filter bags and enters the clean gas chamber at the top of the dust collector, which is then discharged by the fan.
When too much dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bags, the pulse control instrument will trigger the pulse valve, spraying out high-pressure air, which instantly blows off the dust on the filter bags and causes it to fall into the ash hopper, ensuring that the filter bags continue to filter efficiently.
Summary
The cyclone dust removal system is powered by a fan to drive the airflow. The large particles of dust are first filtered through the cyclone separator for coarse filtration, and then the small particles of dust are captured precisely by the pulse dust collector. Eventually, the process of efficient purification from dusty gas to clean gas is achieved.
