Frost's Descent— China's Last Autumn Season
Around October 23, China enters Frost's Descent, the 18th of its 24 solar terms. It's autumn's last stop before winter.
For farmers it's harvest time — and for exporters, processing time: grinding machines mill persimmons, chrysanthemums and spices into fine powders, while mixing machines blend them evenly. One machine turns a local crop into a global product.
