Working method:
The rubber flexible shaft joint of the motor and the main shaft, the eccentric vibration blocks on both sides of the main shaft, the hanging screen box and the rubber anti-vibration frame connected to the machine base. The vibrator is connected to the frame by a non-linear rubber compliance. It can get different screener fineness to adjust different phase angle blocks. At that time, the raw materials were not only subject to horizontal centrifugal force, but also to vertical centrifugal force, which caused the material to have multiple movements. The larger the phase angle, the larger the whirl.
