Chemical powder blender mixer machine protein vitamin flour zero gravity mixer
BSL double shaft paddle mixer, which is machined by a directly connected reducer. The chains drive the two-axis rotor to move in reverse at a certain speed. In the course of movement, the paddle on the axis make the material run forward on one hand, and on the other hand, throw it along with the radial direction to the oblique-front space.
It is widely applied in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other industries, such as spice powder, detergent powder, animal food, cement, protein powder, etc.

Remark:
1. There is safety net on the cover. The operator can't put his arm into the mixer to prevent danger.
2. Use pneumatic valve to discharge material.
3. PTFE packing is usually used on both sides of our paddle mixer, so the powder will not leak into the bearing and the powder leakage will not happen. Other sealing methods are also optional.
4. Photoelectric proximity switch (proximity switch) is used in the cover plate of the mixer. If the cover plate is opened or about to be opened, the mixer will stop working immediately. This function can ensure the safety of operators.
