Working method:
The mixer rotor rotates directionally under the drive of the direct-coupled reducer.In spinning process, on the one hand, the ribbon material along the axial movement, on the other hand, need the material to the ribbon, and the outer ribbon makes the material is always the middle cylinder movement, take the material movement within from middle to both ends of the two loops formed the movement in the process of material logistics, in the process of circulation, the material to achieve the effect of completely mixed.
1. The special design of the two-color ribbon is not only suitable for powder mixing, but also for powder liquid, paste mixing or high viscosity and high specific gravity materials. This is a flexible blend with low material damage. 2. The main components of the equipment are all internationally renowned products with high quality. The reducer adopts K series spiral bevel gear reducer, which has large output torque, low noise, long service life and small oil leakage. The discharge valve and the cylinder are designed in the same arc to ensure that there is no dead angle in the discharge. In addition, there are 3 specially designed valves. The angle of the mixing drum is designed according to the characteristics of the material, 180-300, and the maximum loading capacity is 70%. Different sealing methods can be selected. For ultra-fine powder, pneumatic + packing seal is adopted, which not only improves the seal use time, but also greatly enhances the use effect. On the other hand, for materials with good fluidity, mechanical seals are the best choice to meet the requirements of different working conditions. 4. There are different specifications of products for customers to choose from, such as SS304 or SS316 series spray mixer, vacuum system, cover frame, heating system, leakage prevention, broken belt, etc.
