Our BSR ribbon mixer is an ideal mixing machine with high efficiency and energy-saving advantages. It's suitable for blending all kinds of powdered and fine granular food materials. Working method:
The BSR ribbon mixer operates with a double-layer spiral ribbon agitator. The inner and outer ribbons work in opposite directions, continuously moving materials both radially and axially. This creates a powerful convective mixing action that ensures every particle is thoroughly interblended within a short cycle time. The result is consistent, high-uniformity batches with minimal segregation risk.
