Maltodextrin Ultrafine Pulverizer Air Classifier Mill for Food-Grade Superfine Powder Grinding
Maltodextrin Ultrafine Pulverizer is a food-grade air classifier mill engineered for superfine grinding of maltodextrin, dextrose and other sugar-based food powders. The integrated classifier wheel delivers adjustable fineness, dust-tight hygienic construction and easy-clean design.
Working principle:
Hammer knives grind the maltodextrin into fine particles.
A variable-speed classifier wheel separates fine powder from coarse — coarse particles fall back for regrinding, no screen needed.
Finished powder is carried by airflow into the cyclone + dust collector, giving dust-free discharge and high collection efficiency.
Fineness is tuned by adjusting classifier speed — one machine covers a wide mesh range.
