BS cryogenic grinder uses liquid nitrogen to lower the input material temperature to material embrittlement condition firstly, then go to the grinding chamber, the input materials were throughly pulverized through blade wheel's high speed rotating, and the comprehensive force like mutual repeatedly impact, crash, shear and friction between the materials and blades, fluted disc, materials and materials. Grinded materials will be classified and collected by air screen cone type classifier, the grinded material or powder which have not reached the material fineness degree will go back the grinding chamber for re-grinding, most of the cool air will return back to grinding chamber for recycling usage.
Our BS cryogenic grinder uses liquid nitrogen as cooling medium, and the material is embrittled at a low temperature by cooling. After being easily pulverized, it enters the pulverizer chamber, and the high-speed rotation of the impeller causes repeated collisions between the material and the blade, the ring gear, and the material and the material. Under the combined action of collision, shearing and friction, the crushing effect is achieved. The inner chamber don't have screen mesh, the fineness of crushing is adjustable, and liquid nitrogen is recycled. The main features of this machine, large output, high fineness, up to 700mesh.
1) Adopts pre cooling bin to pre cool the material.Pre-cooling silo installs precision liquid gas gasification and forces material to be cooled in the process of liquid gas gasification.
2) Using a screw feeder to achieve uniform cooled brittle material into the crusher cavity.
3) Discharge traction system:Using air traction to discharge the material which is crushed by the host through the pipeline.
4) Using the tilt angle discharge system out of the material,The oblique spiral discharge system ensures that the air of the cyclone does not flow out of the discharge port.
5) The gas mixture from the top of the cyclone separator flows back into the second cyclone separation,the final separation will have a certain role in the cold air flow through the pipeline to the main crusher feed inlet.
