Working Method Of peanut milling Machine:
BS Rroller crusher The crushed material enters the pressure roller area through the hopper and is crushed by extrusion between three groups of pressure rollers. The first group of rollers is coarse crushing roller, which roughly presses the larger particles with regular shape into smaller particles with irregular shape. The second group of rollers is medium crushing rollers, which crush small particles with irregular shape into fine particles after crushing by the first group of rollers. The third group is fine crushing roller. The fine particles crushed by the second group of rollers continue to be crushed into finished products with particle size of about 60 mesh. The final product is discharged and collected by the hopper. Different grinding fineness requirements can be obtained by adjusting the distance between two rollers by hand wheel.
