Beetroot powder grinder machine ultra-fine powder mill
The BSP ultra-fine powder mill is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, magnetic materials, and powder industries. As a new generation pulverizer, it integrates crushing, dust collection, and continuous discharge into one efficient system. It is especially suitable for processing beetroot and other food materials into fine powder.
Working Principle:
The machine consists of a main crusher, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, and blower. Materials like beetroot are crushed by the relative motion between the rotating disc and the fixed fluted disc. The crushed material is then transported by the blower's airflow into the cyclone separator, where it is discharged through the outlet. Fine dust enters the pulse dust collector and is filtered for recovery. The fineness of the final powder can be adjusted by changing the sieve. The whole system is made of stainless steel and designed according to GMP standards, ensuring no dust leakage and compliance with food-grade requirements.

A: For most filling and packing machines, the control is by PLC.
For other machines, the standard control we use is button type. If customer requests PLC,we can also add PLC on the control, it is no problem.
