Black pepper powder grinding machine turbine type universal crusher
Our BSG universal crusher can grind various materials such as spices, grains, herbs, sugar, and more, including black pepper and many other spices. There are three interchangeable rotor types: hammer type, turbo type, and pinned disc type. Depending on the material and how fine you want the powder, we recommend the most suitable rotor type.
Working principle (turbo type):
After the material enters the crushing chamber, the high-speed rotating turbo disc and the fixed disc create a strong airflow. The material is crushed by hitting each other, as well as by the impact and cutting action of the discs. The strong airflow also cools down the chamber, preventing black pepper and spices from overheating and keeping their pure flavor and aroma. The fine powder passes through the mesh screen. Particles that are too large stay inside and keep being crushed until they reach the required fineness.

A: Yes, the powder size can be changed by changing different size screens.
2. Q: What is the warranty term?
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
3. Q:Do you provide material test ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the testing for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
