Product Application — Jalapeño Pepper Grinder Machine (Hammer Mill)

The machine is a complete grinding set in one unit: crusher chamber, cyclone separator, dust collection box, blower and control box.

Inside the chamber, a fixed plate and a rotating hammer assembly work against each other. Material is fed in, struck repeatedly and shredded by the impact of the hammers under centrifugal force — a simple, proven principle that keeps fines moving through the chamber instead of accumulating.

Why it grinds jalapeño peppers so well:

When the raw material is properly dried (low moisture content), the output comes out fine and uniform. Dried seedless jalapeño peppers are exactly this case — the machine grinds them into fine, consistent powder, and performs equally well on chilli, cumin, turmeric and garlic.

It grinds chilli, cumin, turmeric and garlic with consistent, uniform results, and works equally well on other low-oil spices and dried herbs.

Material is sent to mill chamber to be crushed, by force of blower, powder will go to cyclone and be discharged, the ultra-fine powder will be seperated to dust collecting box.

The production process is dust-free and continuous.
