1)To clean seaweed, you need a seaweed washing machine, that machine will clean seaweed by water.
2) Some seaweed is very big, you'd better cut them before drying, a seaweed cutting machine will be optional.
3) Remove the water from seaweed by seaweed dryer.
4) Make the seaweed into powder by seaweed powder mill or seaweed powder grinding machine.
5) Filling and pack the seaweed powder into the bags.
