BSDF advanced hammer mill is the latest product in our company,which is especially designed for grinding spices,such as chili, turmeric, cinnamon, coriander, etc.It is also suitable for grinding herbs, grains, fertilizer, etc.
It adopts the steel plate welding structure, the motor and the crusher are installed on the same base, the triangular belt drive is adopted, the rotor is verified by dynamic balance, and can work in the positive and negative direction, the feed port is at the top of the crusher, and the hammers are arranged symmetrically. The machine is reasonable in structure, durable, safe and reliable, easy to install, easy to operate, small in vibration and high in productivity.
Working method:
The material is fed from the top feed inlet, and then it is sucked into the coarse crushing area by the negative pressure of the fan for coarse crushing. The large particles after coarse crushing enter the medium crushing area for the second crushing. After the secondary crushing, the particles are separated from each other by the grading wheel, and the particles that meet the requirements of fine crushing enter the fine crushing area for crushing. The large particles that do not meet the requirements of the fine crushing area continue to remain in the medium crushing area for re crushing. The pulverized powder in the fine crushing area is discharged from the crushing chamber through the negative pressure air flow of the fan through the discharge port with the assistance of the blower wheel, and then enters the cyclone separator. The finished product is discharged by itself through the electric rotary valve at the bottom of the separator.
Main features:
1) It has a special structure, which is different from the normal hammer mill. It has three knife groups in the mill chamber, they are Coarse Crusher, Middle Fine Mill and Fine Mill, but normal hammer mill only have one. With three knife groups, you can directly put large materials into it, no need to use a coarse crusher to crush it first.
2) This machine doesn't need a sieve or screen mesh in mill chamber, you don't have to changing the screen size if you want to change powder size, you can change powder size by changing speed by inverter.
3) The temperature in the mill chamber will hardly rise because there is no sieve or screen in it. So it is very suitable for grinding some heat sensitive materials.
