Product Introduction of spice grinding machine:
The BSDF series pulverizer is a newly developed pulverizer of our company. The motor and the crusher are installed on the same base. They are driven by a V-belt. Check whether the rotor is dynamically balanced and can work in forward and reverse directions. This machine has reasonable structure, sturdy and durable, safe and reliable, convenient installation, convenient operation, low vibration and high production efficiency.

Main components of spice grinding machine:
1. Base: It connects and supports the parts of the grinder to form a whole. The crushed materials are discharged from the side of the crushing chamber.
2. Rotor: It is composed of main shaft, hammer holder, pin shaft, hammer piece, bearing and other components. It is the main moving part of the crusher. The rotor rotates at a high speed. After assembly, perform a dynamic balance check without using pins and hammers.
3. Upper shell: the upper end has a feed port and a semi-circular gear ring, and the lower shell and the rotor form a crushing chamber. The material is crushed in the crushing chamber.
4. Lower box body: side discharge port, equipped with gear ring, main shaft, hammer seat, hammer blade, blower blade and grading wheel. The cabinet is divided into blast zone, fine crushing zone, classification zone, middle crushing zone and coarse crushing zone.
