Working method:
The materials are sent to the air inlet bypass pipe by the feeding device controlled by the frequency converter, and then pneumatically transported to the classifier. After entering the mill, the materials are first sent to the classifier, and the materials of any specification are directly sent to the product filter through the classifier. The coarse material removed by the classifier falls into the grinding area between the rotor hammer and the surrounding grinding track. The particle size will not decrease until the particles are fine enough to be taken away by the air flow in the mill and then sent to the classifier. This internal recirculation is repeated until the material is fine enough to pass through the classifier and leave the air classifier. The product is separated from the delivered air in the filter. The product is discharged through the rotary valve, and the clean air enters the system fan and atmosphere through the filter element.

8. The pipeline adopts rapid disassembly structure, which is quick and convenient for disassembly and cleaning.
9. Equipped with cyclone separator and trap, there will be no dust flying during the production process. The dust removal cloth bag can effectively collect the fine powder in the air flow and meet the clean and environmental protection requirements of the exhaust gas emission.
10. The fine powder collected through the dust removal cloth bag can be effectively recycled. This reduces material loss.
