The material is sent to the air inlet bypass pipe by the feeding device controlled by the frequency converter, and then pneumatically conveyed to the classifier. After the material enters the mill, it is first sent to the classifier, and materials of any specification are directly sent to the product filter through the classifier. The coarse material removed by the classifier falls into the grinding zone between the rotor hammer and the surrounding grinding tracks. The particle size does not decrease until the particles are fine enough to be carried away by the airflow in the mill and sent to the classifier. This internal recirculation is repeated until the material is fine enough to pass through the classifier and exit the air classifier. The product is separated from the conveyed air in the filter. The product is discharged through the rotary valve, and the clean air enters the system fan and atmosphere through the filter element.
