Automatic Superfine Herbal Grinders Food Powder Grinding Machine Herb Pulverizer Machine
This machine is composed of three parts: main engine, auxiliary machine and electronic control box. It is compact in design, reasonable in structure, and has air-selected type, no screen and no net. The machine is equipped with grading mechanism, which can make the crushing and grading complete at one time.Negative pressure conveying makes the heat generated during crushing continuously discharged, so it is also suitable for the crushing of heat sensitive materials.
Working Principle: Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process.
Main Features:
1) Simple structure ,easy in installation and maintenance.
2) Adopting advanced world famous brand motor ,electric parts,bearing and operation parts.
3) No dust during production, and dust can be collected in dust collecting box.
4)During production,temperature remains normal, will not get hot. So material's color and nature won't change.
5) It can grind spice and oil material with oil content 10%~20%.
This is our BSP type grinder, consisted of the crusher part, cyclone, dust collecting box, blower and electrical cabinet. It can be used to grind sugar, turmeric, ginger, rice into very fine powder. For sugar grinding, the output size can be 100~1000mesh fine powder. For ginger and garlic grinding, the output size can be 60~200mesh fine powder. For cocoa powder making, the output size can be 200mesh.
Advantages: make very fine powder, no need sieve or mesh, make powder evenly and continuous powder making process.

Working principle:
The raw material is delivered to the mill chamber via hopper, then is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, finally by the force of blower, powder is sent to cyclone part to discharge and the over fine dust is sent to the dust collecting box.
