Opposite-pitch ribbons on one horizontal shaft — low power, high efficiency: The ribbon blades are typically built in two or three layers, with the positive and negative rotating spirals mounted on the same horizontal axis. The outer spiral gathers material from both sides into the center while the inner spiral transports it from the center back to both sides, so the material keeps forming eddy currents in the flow — mixing is faster and uniformity is higher.
3. Bottom discharge with pneumatic large-opening gate — fast and slag-free: For powder materials, the ribbon mixer uses a pneumatic large-opening discharge structure at the bottom: quick unloading and no material residue left in the trough between batches.
