BS Series Colorant Vertical Mixer is purpose-built for fast, gentle and dust-controlled blending of pigments, dyes and colorant powders. Its vertical screw/helix design lifts material from the bottom and folds it downward along the wall, achieving homogeneous color dispersion in minutes with minimal dead zones and low product degradation — suitable for food coloring, cosmetic pigment, masterbatch and paint & coating industries.

Working principle:
Material is fed from the top inlet into the cylindrical body.
A vertical mixing screw mounted on a rotating arm simultaneously rotates on its own axis and revolves around the vessel wall.
This dual motion lifts the colorant from the bottom and cascades it down — a full 3D circulation that eliminates dead zones.
Discharge valve at the bottom allows fast, complete emptying with minimal residue — critical when switching between color shades.
